Meringue Softcover Notebook - B6 Slim - DOT GRID

This notebook was another wonderful surprise from my paper experiments.

The Meringue paper performed incredibly well with my fountain pens, but what really stood out was how it *felt* to write on. The best word I can think of is **pillowy**. There is a softness and bounce to the feedback from the nib that feels completely different from other journals I own.

And that difference is part of the fun!

At $26, it’s definitely a bit of a splurge for a B6 Slim notebook, but the paper and writing experience make it feel special. I think it would also make a lovely gift for a fountain pen or stationery lover who enjoys discovering something a little different.

Great paper. Greatly recommended

This is my first B6 slim notebook of any kind. So far I like the size, it’s pretty usable yet compact and portable. The paper and binding is great. All Paper Mind notebooks I’ve had have all been great. I primarily use it with fountain pens and have no complaints; they’re smooth, consistent, and have virtually no bleed through.

I'm a huge fan of Blake's notebooks--for me their design is perfect: terrific paper, 7mm ruled, layflat binding, with an elegant, thin and unobtrusive cover. I don't use b6 sized notebooks, but after the youtube review I wanted to try it. The paper is crisp, and reminds me of TR 68 gsm, a paper that's been hard for me to find. Fortunately, it's not slick like some coated papers. Blake, if you're reading this, I hope you'll produce versions in A5!
