A reversible writing guide for blank notebooks: 7 mm ruled lines on one side, a 5 mm grid on the other. Slip it behind the page you're writing on and the lines read through, so your writing stays straight without printing rules onto the page itself.

This is the same laminated sheet included with blank version of The Paper Mind Tomoe River Hardcover Notebook, offered here on its own — as a spare, or as a guide for any blank A5 notebook with paper thin enough to let it show through. The lamination keeps the sheet flat and lets it wipe clean. A5, ruled and gridded, made in Japan.
