I bought this paper because I’m studying calligraphy! And I am truly impressed: featherlight & ink resistant! Safe to write with pointed pen on both sides (looks beautiful too), it also survives the postal service, because I letter lock (use my writing paper to create the envelope with a wax seal)…
It is now used for my card inserts, because most cards absorb ink and need inserts for calligraphy script…
So many uses!!!
This paper is fantastic! It’s got a smooth side and a textured side. It’s lightweight and translucent yet has no showthrough or bleeding using Diamine ink. I wrote on both sides - same result. I am very surprised by this paper. It’s got a really nice “feel” to it when you handle it. I’ll be ordering more of this! Also, it’s listed as “white” but is definitely a cream color.
