The Paper Mind x Anderillium Fountain Pen Ink 1.5 oz Bottle - Itztli Black

Named for the Aztec god of obsidian and Lord of the Night, Itztli Black draws on the volcanic glass the Aztecs prized for its dual nature — worked into tools and ornaments on one edge, and into mirrors whose depths were said to see through illusion on the other.

It's an antique black with the same quality as polished obsidian: dark, but never flat. The ink goes down with a warm brownish cast and settles into a deep, aged black as it dries, the warmth staying visible in broader nibs where the ink pools and shades. In finer nibs it reads as a true black.

1.5 oz (44ml) glass bottle of Itztli Black fountain pen ink. This is the 5th in a series of ink designed by The Paper Mind and handmade by Anderillium. This ink is well-behaved and easy to clean out of pens.
