The first thing that struck me when I picked up the OHTO Horizon GS01 0.5 mm Gel Ballpoint Pen was it's sturdy build while remaining light and easy to handle. The hexagonal metal barrel tapers to round-a feature I haven't seen in other pens. The grey titanium color is attractive and the mechanism is precise and reliable. but the big surprise was the quality of the ballpoint and the delivery of a perfect 0.5mm line. The ink is dark and highly visible. There is no bleed, even when writing on a napkin! An extraordinary pen at a very ordinary price. Highly recommended.
