The Gioia Alliera is a gorgeous handmade Italian fountain pen produced from a solid rod of acrylic. It features a piston filling system and a custom decorated medium point JoWo #6 steel nib with a ruthenium finish.
Alleria is the Neapolitan world for "joy" or "happiness".

My new Goioa Algeria Azzura is a beautiful pen, but that's kinda redundant. I've yet to see a less than beautiful Goioa! The nib gold plated steel stub nib is smooth as glass. I'd say it's easily on par with the Leonardo Momento Zero. The workmanship and materials are indicative of a more expensive pen. Try one and see. Great buy, great writing experience.
Just opened my new Gioia Amaranto. The pen is stunning, well made, and writes a buttery, smooth line of text.
