Upon viewing the video review my eye was drawn to the color, the shine (white lacquered) highlighted even more by the ridges that gave light room to play. The tip at both ends plus the clip are a decided contrast being a metallic matte. The exquisite engineering is noticed as one pulls the cap from the body: resistance at first and also upon closing including a snap sound. The medium steel nib is sized appropriately for the pen with the “flower” motif, name, etc. The matte appearance continues on the grip. The pen conveys substance upon holding, writing with it. And how the ink flows so well even being unused for a couple of weeks. How pleasing this pen is. Customer service from The Paper Mind is excellent.
