Fountain pen ink looks great on this paper, even better than the tomoe river paper I have. I've had zero bleed thru with any of my fountain pens, or even some wet gel pens. Also makes writing feel very smooth. Would use it a lot more, but afraid price is a bit high for everyday use.

The paper’s subtle texture makes it feel premium, for sure. I thought at first it might be too absorbent, but it isn’t; it handles fountain pen ink beautifully and even brings out its shading and sheen. The paper is nice and thick with no ghosting or bleed through. Worth the price, for sure.
