This book is the absolute best book that I have ever used. The construction is top notch. The paper is highest quality. The paper is smooth, stands up to fountain pen ink, and does not ghost at all. It is a pure delight to write in every day for weeks on end.
Paper Mind has done a great job on the overall construction of this notebook. The binding is solid but easily lays flat, the covers are nice and sturdy without being bulky, and the rounded corners are a nice touch. The paper can be frustrating, though. The biggest issue is that it's probably the driest paper I have used -- inks that flow freely on other fountain pen-friendly paper seize up, and normally smooth nibs feel dry and scratchy. Also, Bank paper messes with the color of a lot of inks -- this isn't necessarily a bad thing and looks pretty cool with dual shading inks, but it's something to be aware of. With the right nib and ink, the texture of the paper provides some nice feedback, so I do still write in it sometimes, but it's not versatile enough to be my everyday notebook.
