The cover is soft, friendly. The paper is Italian cream tactile that I love. It’s small enough to travel light with. Taking a chance and buying one to check out was a true revelation for me. These are great.
I use it as a jotting notebook, to record things that I want to transfer to a more expensive, heavier, more permanent notebook later.
It’s the paper that I dearly love, though. I’m a gel pen user, and it requires wider pens, think 0.7mm or pens designed to spread more, like Muji compared to Zebra Sarasa pens. The paper reflects beautifully how you write in it, it will reflect nice purposeful handwriting and take scrawls fast and well.
Beautiful notebooks, shipped promptly. I use this notebook to keep my weekend mornings screen-free, sipping coffee and journaling instead of reaching for my Notes app.
